Answer:
The literary point of view in "The Rescue Mission" affects the reader's understanding of the story because the story is told in the first person. The character himself tells everything that's happening in the story, including, as he tells, his thoughts, everything that is going through his mind. He is not only describing the scenes and events from a distant point of view, without being necessarily connected to the events; on the contrary, he is at the center of events, and everything told goes through his feelings and impressions before getting to the reader.

write an email about your experience for the first time you ride a skateboard
Explanation:
I was at my good friend Mikayla’s house one of the first times I rode a skateboard. We were sitting in her garage one summer like we always do, and I just took one of her many skateboards and stood on it, using the greasy and grimy workbench as balance. I was really scared of the skateboard rolling out from under me the whole time, this being one of the reasons I haven’t tried to do it before. The only reason I wanted to try it was because it seemed like I was the only person at school that didn’t know how to ride a skateboard, and that was pretty embarrassing for me. All my friends knew about this fear too. They thought it was funny. One time they picked me up, forced me on a skateboard, and rolled me through the hallways all laughing while I was crying.
This day I was going to conquer my fear. I went out onto the street and made Mikayla hold my hands while we made the short and tiny neighbour girl, Paige, push me. I just kept thinking of how much I hated the buzzing feeling on my feet as the wheels of the skateboard moved across the choppy pavement. I still hate it to this day. We went back and forth on her street for hours. It was a failed attempt to try to teach me how to skateboard but Mikayla and Paige never got frustrated with me. One time they pushed me hard and let me roll by myself while Mikayla was yelling things like, “Bend your knees,” or “Lean forward.” All the yelling did nothing. I still ended up hitting a bump and tripping over myself, falling onto the ground hard. Mikayla and Paige laughed pretty hard at me; luckily, I wasn’t in too much pain and got up to try again.
I never got very fast and as much as I tried I never could do it without Mikayla’s help that day, but I never gave up and to this day I’m still trying to do it without falling off.

1) To me the way the speaker talks it comes across that they are a loving person with a large heart.
2) The speakers point of view seems to be that through loving with all her heart is the only way to grow closer with her god.
3) By overstating her feeling she accentuates how important it truly is to her.
4) The speaker identifies that nothing is more important than love, and loving ones god, not riches, not whole mines of gold can even compare.
5) Love....its just that
6) The speakers purpose in writing this poem is to share her values with others, to allow others to see the world through her eyes, which she sees as a better world.

Older generation poem by Ha Jin
Answer:
The Older Generation By Ha Jin (Poem below)
Explanation:
I saw how they lived with restrictions.
Hardly past thirty they began to decline.
Like fish trapped in an invisible net,
they swam in all directions
but couldn't get anywhere.
They had to surrender to the country
and it let it consume them at will.
They were like trees dependent
on the strength of the forest, but none
could stand tall and straight alone.
Their dreams were banished into caves
and withered away, never able to sprout.
While alive, they tried hard
to garner praise from everyone
so as to become model ghosts afterward.
Compare and Contrast the description of Rikki-Tikki-Tavi and the historical account of the same period
Answer:
The time period of the story takes place sometime between the late 1800s and early 1900s when the British directly controlled India, which was considered the jewel in the crown of its empire.
Explanation:
Rikki-tikki-tavi is a courageous mongoose, who inhabits a British family's bungalow in the Segowlee cantonment.
Answer:
Many people believe that a book and film adaptation of the same narrative are always quite similar, however this is not true. I find the short story Rikki-tikki-tavi by Rudyard Kipling and the film Rikki-tikki-tavi to be quite different in my comparison. There were numerous subtle differences, but the setting, character features, and use of comedy are the three key issues in the short tale that clearly distinguish it from the movie. In a few areas, the location in the film differs from the setting in the short story. Many of the moments in the film, such as the opening flood scene, go into greater information about the setting. The movie's flood scene depicts an unsettling, powerful storm with a flood that resembles a river. From the start, the movie's character attributes diverge from those depicted in the short story. The many flipped roles of characters, as well as other features such as age and attire, are examples of how they differ. One of the roles is flipped directly at the start of the film, when the father lifts Rikki from the sand, whereas the mother does so in the short story. Another example of a swapped role is when Darzee's wife recounts what happened to their baby egg that was devoured by Nag, while Darzee does the explaining in the short story. Nag is the instigator who wanted to take over the garden in the story, however it is Nagaina who is the instigator in the story. The age of Teddy and the family's attire are two major contrasts. Teddy is shown as a small toddler in Rudyard Kipling's short story, with phrases like "nursery" used to describe the room where he sleeps, yet Teddy appears to be over ten years old in the film, with his elegant dress and great stature. Surprisingly, the family in the film is dressed quite nicely and neatly. This is odd given Rudyard Kipling's description of the setting. With sand, mud, and a garden, you'd expect a humid environment, which would necessitate the wearing of sandals and shorts. In the film, though,
